Upon receipt of your order, our customer service team will process it (usually within 24h) and send you an order confirmation email.
The order confirmation document will contain the estimated shipment date of each item of your order, depending on their availability.
For in-stock items, we offer next (working) day shipment from the date that you received an order confirmation from us.
For non-stocked or out-of-stock items, it is highly likely that the order confirmation will not have an estimated shipment date. In this case, you will be informed regarding their respective estimated shipment date with our open orderbook updates that are sent out via email twice per week.
Please remember to take into account that shipping will take a number of days, depending on your location and the selected shipment method.

Within 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation from our customer service team. If you need the requested parts within a certain time frame, please inform them on time. Orders placed before 12h00 in Express will leave the same day. Order placed in Economy will leave the next day.
When you place an order and accidentally chose 'Complete' delivery instead of 'Partial', you can send an email to the Customer Service Team ([email protected]). They will make the change in your order and send you confirmation.
Complete delivery: we wait until we have all items of your order in stock and deliver you in one go.
Partial delivery: items of your order that are already in stock will be shipped immediately. You will then receive a separate delivery when we get the rest of the items.

If you have placed an order with us and you have not received an order confirmation email within 24h, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected].
If you have placed an order with us and you have not received an estimated shipment date, please allow up to 5 working days for non-stocked or out-of-stock items, as we need to allow that time for our suppliers to advise the lead time.
If you have placed an order and believe that your shipment has been delayed, please check the tracking link that we have sent to you. Depending on your location and the selected shipment method, this might take up to 7-10 working days.
